Via Braulio Estima’s Twitter: Rousimar “Toquinho” Palhares has missed weight and is now out of the ADCC -88kg division with Norbert Nowak from Poland taking his spot.

This is a huge last minute change that shuffles around alot of things in the division.

One has to think..How did Toquinho travel all the way to England and miss weight?
